This beautiful house in Urla had presented us with the Lemon Tree of our dreams. Everything would be planned around its roots, and during the long-lasting restoration process, we had our eyes only for it.
We took great care of our everblooming type lemon tree, while also respectfully restoring this historic building facing it.
We painted our building with the color of this lemon tree's fruit, a vibrant shade of yellow, the color of life.
Our journey of preserving and reviving these stone houses, which constitute the historical identity and cultural memory of Urla, began in 2014 and reached its culmination in 2023 with our second establishment, Zoi.

The location where ZOI Urla is situated is very close to the Müselle area, where the water known as "Sıtma Suyu" (Malaria Water) historically originated. During the restoration of our historical Urla House, we discovered an ancient water canal hidden beneath the ground, waiting for us. Based on our emotions and research, our goal is to illuminate this history. May the healing power of water run over all of our guests.
